super quick and easy! i cut the shell down the middle with some scissors, ripped apart the shell, gently separated the meat from the shell, rinsed it, put the meat on top of the shell, cut a slit in the middle.
seasoned with kosher salt, old bay seasoning, and jane’s lemon pepper, with a couple pats of butter in the middle.
broiled 6” from the heating element for 10 minutes and came out great! enjoyed with some fresh lemon and melted butter.
