i’m an adult, i get two desserts.

mini key lime pies with whipped cream and fresh coconut.

yes i toasted fresh shredded coconut meat, it’s pretty crazy how the flavors change when toasted. after pre-baking the crusts i realized that the recipe called for mini cupcake tins, when i used real ones. tried correcting by double up some crusts, kinda ruined em. they tasted great, but the crusts fell apart real easy and they were real messy which was a bummer.

easy standard cupcakes. i had a grapefruit knife that had a 45 degree bend on the serrated blade end which made for digging out the hole in the middle super easy. cooking up the apple filling was super quick and easy and smelled great!

verdict: totally awesome. brought them to thanksgiving dinner and everybody loved them. they are best microwaved for a few seconds. the apple and cinnamon and sugar really makes it awesome :D
