longman and eagle is a really nice gastropub that normally has an hour plus wait all the time for dinner.

but none for brunch! was working from home a couple weeks ago and went here twice in two days.

made this today with my leftovers from my mac and cheese. i had about half of the batch left, so halved this recipe. kind of a pain to dredge them in the flour mixture, then egg, then cover in bread crumbs completely. but, they turned out great! very tasty when still warm. realll healthy.
